Jessica Isbell, EdS, MS, LPC, NCC, RYT

Director

Every person is different, and counseling should be tailored to the client’s needs and goals. My approach to counseling is individualized and focuses on the client’s strengths. I believe in a hands-on, client-centered approach utilizing neurobiology-based approaches, CBT, and other theoretical approaches to assist clients in developing new coping skills and to promote growth.

I enjoy working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and custody concerns. I am trained in the Mindful Schools curriculum, MBSR-T (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens) certified, trained in TF-CBT, Synergetic Play Therapy, and completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 training. I am working towards certification as a Registered Integrative Sandtray Therapist (RIST) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). My training experience provides the opportunity for me to assist clients in overcoming a variety of life’s challenges with integrative and personalized treatment and sessions.
