Jessica Isbell, EdS, MS, LPC, NCC, RYT
Every person is different, and counseling should be tailored to the client’s needs and goals. My approach to counseling is individualized and focuses on the client’s strengths. I believe in a hands-on, client-centered approach utilizing CBT to assist clients in developing new coping skills and to promote growth. I enjoy working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and custody concerns. I am trained in the Mindful Schools curriculum, MBSR-T (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens) certified, trained in TF-CBT. I am currently training in Synergetic Play Therapy and working towards certification as a Registered Integrative Sandtray Therapist (RIST) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT).
